O CI HVLED815PF é um comutador primário de alta tensão destinado a operar diretamente da rede elétrica retificada com o mínimo de peças externas e permitindo alto fator de potência (>0,90) para fornecer uma solução eficiente, compacta e econômica para acionamento de LED.
Ele combina um chip controlador PWM de baixa tensão de alto desempenho e um Power MOSFET robusto de 800V no mesmo encapsulamento. Não há necessidade de um opto-acoplador graças à técnica patenteada de regulação de detecção primária (PSR). O dispositivo garante proteção contra falha de string de LED (aberta ou em curto).

Descrição:
The HVLED815PF device is a high voltage primary switcher intended for operating directly from the rectified mains with minimum external parts and enabling high power factor (>0.90) to provide an efficient, compact, and cost-effective solution for LED driving. It combines a high-performance low voltage PWM controller chip and an 800 V, avalanche rugged Power MOSFET in the same package.

There is no need for an optocoupler thanks to the patented primary sensing regulation (PSR) technique. The device ensures protection against LED string fault (open or short).
