Qorvo QPF4550 5GHz Wi-Fi 6 Front End Module (FEM) is designed for Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) systems. The QPF4550 features a 5150MHz to 5925MHz frequency range and provides up to 30dB transmit gain with a low 2.1dB noise figure. The compact form factor and integrated matching of the QPF4550 minimizes the layout area in an application.

The performance is drawn from optimizing the PA for a 5V supply voltage that conserves power consumption maintaining the highest linear output power and leading-edge throughput. Featured in the QPF4550 Modules are integrated die level filtering for 2nd and 3rd harmonics, as well as 2.4GHz rejection for DBDC operation.

The QPF4550 provides a simple solution by integrating a 5GHz power amplifier (PA), single pole two throw switch (SP2T), and bypassable low noise amplifier (LNA) into a single device.
